INGREDIENTS.:
2 cups wheat flour
1/2 cup semolina
1/2 cup ghee
1 cup sugar (squashed)
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup Makhane
1/2 cup dry coconut (ground)
4-5 tbsp Chironji
4-5 tbsp melon seeds
1 tsp cardamom powder
Instructions to make Flour Panjiri, first hotness 1/4 cup ghee in a dish.
Presently add semolina and fry for a couple of moments.
Then, at that point, add flour to it and prepare the two of them well on low fire.
Try not to make it excessively red, fry it till the shade of the flour turns out to be light red.
